day 1 - March 11th - 2012 sporadically until next year...

On the 15th is the first of the year's Weight Watchers meeting... Mary has been taking over the no-meeting meetings while all was in limbo.,. WW is not an Avalon thing, not to be hidden in the bowels of the bank or the inside of the city councils' rotunda... We will now have a bit of pride~ ah ha.. Not to get the pounds off, first by stopping all store bought cookies... bad Norma!
